For sale is a 1966 Gibson J-45 in Natural. A very nice example of this iconic vintage acoustic. This particular J-45 features a warm and balanced tone making it well-suited for strumming. Originally produced in Sunburst, this guitar was refinished to Natural by Gibson in 1973, giving it a unique look while retaining its classic character. Please note that the serial number and label are no longer present. A newer bridge and an unmarked under-saddle pickup were installed, and it works well. The guitar features a Natural finish, a round shoulder body shape, Spruce top, Mahogany back and sides, X bracing, medium C Mahogany neck with a 12 radius Rosewood fingerboard and medium frets, Grover Rotomatic tuners, 24.75 scale length, and 43mm nut width. It comes with Gibson hard case. A superb player-grade J-45 with a rich voice, and represents a great opportunity to own a characterful vintage instrument with strong tonal qualities.
